Predicted Winners in BOLD

I have not missed on an ATP pick for two days, but my WTA picks are not nearly as accurate in this event.

 Semifinals

Victoria Azarenka (1) vs. Angelique Kerber (18) – Vika has not lost in 2012, and I don’t think today is the day.  Azarenka wins again.

Maria Sharapova (2) vs. Ana Ivanovic (15) – Intriguing match and it would be reasonable to pick Ivanovic, but I think Maria Sharapova advances.

Quarterfinals

Rafael Nadal (2) vs. David Nalbandian – It is tempting to pick Nalbandian here.  His ability to change the direction of the ball has bothered Rafa in the past.  Still, I see Rafa moving forward.

 Roger Federer (3) vs. Juan Martin del Potro (9) – Can Federer beat the same man four times in three months?  That is the question.  JMDP is playing well.  It is hard to beat a good player four times in such a short period of time.  I think Delpo pulls and upset in three sets.
