Roger Federer is a once in a generation athlete. On the court he is one of the smoothest players you will ever watch and off the court he genuinely seems like a good guy.
This interview is particularly fun to watch because the interviewer is a former competitor. They even talk about the 2009 Wimbleton Finals where Federer beat Andy.
Roddick expresses gratitude towards the way that Federer handled the victory afterwards and Roger belts out this beautiful piece of goodness:
“I think it’s so important to respect your fellow athletes and competitors and I know how hard you tried and how difficult it must be.”
Oh, Roger. I am smitten with you.

Looked like Roger was going to tear up talking about his first coach there. Good interview.
