My Tour Finals Experience

This week London has played host for the end of the season ATP Tour finals. The finalists have now been chosen for the semi finals after some brilliant round robin games throughout the week. I was lucky enough to go down to the O2 on Wednesday where I got to see David Ferrer against Tomas Berdych.

After looking on  a lot of forums I had heard that the Tour finals creates a buzzing atmosphere and the O2 has been a great stage for the final tournament of the year. Although there’s much debate amongst fans and players over where this tournament should be, it can’t be denied that London isn’t a great venue for the final showdown.

The arena just off the River Thames, holds over 20,000 people and in the evening session, the stadium was almost full. Sitting in the upper tier of the stand just behind the baseline…
