Predicted Winners in BOLD
Second Round
Roger Federer (7) vs. Carlos Berlocq – Federer should win, but we can all hope for an entertaining match.
Berlocq has delivered memories in New York
Dmitry Tursunov (32) vs. Guillaume Rufin – I like Tursunov a lot, but I don’t think he’s going deep for some reason.
Milos Raonic (10) vs. Pablo Andujar – The semifinalist from this section of the draw could come from this match.
Philipp Kohlschreiber (22) vs. Edouard Roger-Vasselin
Bernard Tomic vs. Daniel Evans
David Ferrer (4) vs. Roberto Bautista-Agut – Ferrer’s draw was already soft, but add in a few upsets and this quarter could help Ferrer get back on track.
Ivan Dodig vs. Nikolay Davydenko – Davy is playing pretty well as of late.
Janko Tipsarevic (18) vs. Dudi Sela
John Isner (13) vs. Gael Monfils – Isner could face a tight match, but I think his recent form on hard courts carries him forward.
Rafael Nadal (2) vs. Rogerio Dutra da Silva – Rafa should advance.
Andreas Haider-Maurer vs. Mikhail Kukushkin
Feliciano Lopez (23) vs. Bradley Klahn
Sam Querrey (26) vs. Adrian Mannarino – Sam will need to make his serve a factor to advance.
Richard Gasquet (8) vs. Stephane Robert – Gasquet has a path in this draw to go further than the round of 16.
Tommy Robredo (19) vs. Frank Dancevic – Robredo’s consistency will win this match.
Jack Sock vs. Maximo Gonzalez – Just so we can read more about Matt Jones not liking Sock.

I agree with most but I would pick dodig and raonic I think
Those were tough matches to call. I think Raonic or Andujar will be in the semifinal facing Nadal (probably losing to Nadal)
i think i’d go with raonic and tursunov instead.
dodig/davy is a toss up; kimberly may be right about that.
I don’t know much about Andujar. Is he new talent-young-whats his story?
I think he is steady. Ferrer has looked shaky this summer so I figure a steady player or a big hitter like Raonic could reach the semis in that draw. If Ferrer gets his form from January – June back, he’s the favorite for the semis.
