Another year and another Grand Slam from Andy Murray. A habit? Yes please!

The Brit provided us with an historic moment to cherish at Wimbledon this year. A word or two on that first; it was a huge achievement of hard work. The watching public purveyed relief of 77 years of pain, woeful misses and near misses.

Following the SW19 glory Murray admitted that he struggled to motivate himself a bit. A disappointing US Open campaign was followed by a remarkable weekend in Umag with his fellow Brits.

GB emerged with a fantastic result from the Davis Cup tie on Croatian clay, returning to the World Group, with the 26-year-old proving to be the catalyst. It was the last time we saw him in action on court.
