Na Li (CHN) [4] vs. Dominika Cibulkova (SVK) [20]
Cibulkova has been a giant killer. I keep picking against her. She is tenacious and has made a lot of believers. Still, Na Li has been a strong competitor at the Australian Open in previous years. She has a big game. I think if Na Li is playing well she wins this match and her second Grand Slam title. I think also tennis’ growth in Asia is something that is good for the sport so Na Li winning the “Grand Slam of Asia Pacific” is something I selfishly want to see.
Prediction: Li d. Cibulkova 7-5, 6-2
Tennis Abides: Dan Martin on Tennis and Life 
Want to say Cibulkova too but Li is waiting to get her 2nd slam so she can consider retirement. Like Sveta she will do everything she can to not be called a one-slam wonder.
Li has been in 2 previous finals as well so she will have extra motivation to win on her third try. I think she will overpower Cibulkova.
I think if Li plays poorly she loses and if she plays well she wins. If she can handle the match being on her racquet, I think that is an advantage. She could implode, but I don’t think that will happen.
