Predicted Winners in BOLD

[1] Rafael Nadal (ESP) vs. Leonardo Mayer (ARG) – I of course like Rafa here, but Mayer is playing well.  I would not be shocked to see this go 4 sets.

[12] Richard Gasquet (FRA) vs. [24] Fernando Verdasco (ESP) – Two unpredictable players, but Gasquet is in France and seems to be playing well so by the slightest margin I pick Gasquet.

Court Suzanne Lenglen

[14]
Fabio Fognini (ITA) vs [23] Gaël Monfils (FRA) – I see Monfils winning this grudge match.

[7] Andy Murray (GBR)  vs [28] Philipp Kohlschreiber (GER) – I like Murray’s form to this point.

Court 1

[5] David Ferrer (ESP) vs  [32] Andreas Seppi (ITA) – I picked against Seppi in rounds 1 & 2 and was wrong.  He should be happy to know I am picking against him again.

Guillermo Garcia-Lopez (ESP) vs. Donald Young (USA) – Young could win, but I think GG-L has a 60% chance of advancing.

Court 2

[19] Kevin Anderson (RSA) vs Ivo Karlovic (CRO) – This should be a classic clay court clash with lots of long rallies and a war of attrition in the dirt.  The player who can find a way to break should win.

Court 7

Jack Sock (USA) vs. Dusan Lajovic (SRB) – I think Sock can make a leap in terms of his position on the ATP tour’s pecking order.

Marcel Granollers (ESP) vs. Martin Klizan (SVK) 67 (5) 62 76 (4) – TO FINISH
