Before the predictions, it’s worth mentioning the notable players who were defeated before the quarter-finals:  Rafael Nadal and Kei Nishikori.

And the predictions:

Novak Djokovic defeats Marin Cilic in four sets

Stan Wawrinka defeats Richard Gasquet in four sets

Andy Murray defeats Vasek Pospisil in straight sets

Roger Federer defeats Gilles Simon in four sets

For the eventual prediction of the winner, I’ll maintain my original guess of Djokovic followed closely by Federer, Wawrinka, and Murray.  Any one of them could do it so the next rounds will be fascinating.
