Two men who played well before Melbourne and have continued their good form at this tournament face off in an extremely interesting clash, as 13th seed Milos Raonic takes on 4th seed and 2014 champion Stan Wawrinka. This match takes place on the Rod Laver Arena at around 15:00 Melbourne Time (04:00 UK Time) and the winner will face Andrey Kuznetsov or 23rd seed Gael Monfils in the quarter-finals.

Both men have been very impressive at the Australian Open so far. Brisbane champion Raonic hasn’t had the easiest matches in Melbourne but has seen off Frenchman Lucas Pouille, Spanish veteran Tommy Robredo and 21st seed Viktor Troicki all in three sets; with his serve firing, it will be hard for anyone to beat him here.
