[3] Dominic Thiem (AUT) vs. Mikhail Youzhny (RUS) H2H – Part of me wants to pick Youzhny based on surface experience and Thiem’s big swings not being ideal for grass. Still, Thiem is the percentage pick to win.

[1] Roger Federer (SUI) vs. [Q] Florian Mayer(GER)  H2H – Roger needs the match play and maybe the computer points too.  I expect that means he finds a way to win even if his best stuff is not available.

[7] Philipp Kohlschreiber (GER) vs. [Q] Radek Stepanek (CZE) H2H – Stepanek is dangerous on grass.  However, I think Kohlscreiber is also an adept grass court player who happens to have a home court advantage with the fans.

[4] Gilles Simon (FRA) vs. [WC] Juan Martin del Potro (ARG) H2H – Off of grass, I’d probably take Simon.  JMDP may not move naturally on the living surface, but his serve should make a difference in this match.
