(1) Andy Murray VS (5) Kei Nishikori – Kei beat Andy in their US Open quarterfinal match, and Andy has not lost since this encounter.  I think Murray will gain a measure of revenge by knocking Nishikori’s record to 1-1 in the round robin phase of this event.  Kei’s best chance at victory is to pressure Andy’s serve, but I think Murray is on too much of a roll to be troubled terribly often in this match.  I think Andy wins in 2 sets.

(3) Stan Wawrinka VS (7) Marin Cilic – Marin Cilic has not beaten Stan Wawrinka since 2010.  This may be his best shot, but I do not think Cilic matches up terribly well with Wawrinka.  Stan has not done a lot of winning lately, but he has been a factor at the O2 the past few seasons.  If Stan will be a factor this year, he has to win this match.  I think he does so in 3 sets.
