My prediction will be quite simple.  I think Croatia has a favorable crowd and a surface that was hand picked.  This likely gives Croatia a slight edge entering this match.  I predict Croatia to win the doubles point in 4 sets and also expect at least one captain to make a move away from the originally slated line-up.
