WTA – C. Bellis (USA) vs [WC] A. Tomljanovic (CRO) 

WTA – S. Cirstea (ROU) vs M. Puig (PUR) – This could be an amazing macth.  I watched Cirstea play in the Cincinnati qualifying rounds.  She is a quality player.  I think Puig is due for a good event, and Miami is her home  base.  

WTA – [WC] B. Mattek-Sands (USA) vs K. Siniakova (CZE) – Another potentially good match

WTA – J. Jankovic (SRB) vs Y. Shvedova (KAZ) – I would not mind seeing Shvedova winning, but I think JJ, like life, finds a way.
