French Open 2017: May 31st Women’s Singles Predictions

Predicted Winners in BOLD

Venus Williams (USA) [10] vs. Kurumi Nara (JPN) – If Venus can keep her error count down, this should be pretty straight forward.

Garbiñe Muguruza (ESP) [4] vs. Anett Kontaveit (EST) – See above

Sara Errani (ITA) vs. Kristina Mladenovic (FRA) [13] – This could go deep into a 3rd set.

Bethanie Mattek-Sands (USA) vs. Petra Kvitova (CZE) [15] – Fans should just enjoy this match.

Oceane Dodin (FRA) vs. Svetlana Kuznetsova (RUS) [8] – Kuzy should win.
Catherine Bellis (USA) vs. Kiki Bertens (NED) [18] – Another fun match

Caroline Wozniacki (DEN) [11] vs. Francoise Abanda (CAN)

Samantha Stosur (AUS) [23] vs. Kirsten Flipkens (BEL) – Again, I don’t tend to pick Stosur.

Johanna Larsson (SWE) vs. Yulia Putintseva (KAZ) [27]

Timea Bacsinszky (SUI) [30] vs. Madison Brengle (USA)

Ekaterina Makarova (RUS) vs. Lesia Tsurenko (UKR) – You beat the seed – you become the seed?

Jelena Ostapenko (LAT) vs. Monica Puig (PUR) – Puig is just too erratic coming into this event for me to pick her.

Shuai Zhang (CHN) [32] vs. Aliaksandra Sasnovich (BLR)
