Vienna 2017: October 24th Predictions

Predicted Winners in BOLD

David Ferrer (ESP) vs. Kyle Edmund (GBR) – This might be a bad pick, but I think the surface favors Edmund.

[7] Kevin Anderson (RSA) vs. [Q] Guillermo Garcia-Lopez (ESP) – Mr. Anderson is aiming toward the O2 in London.

Lucas Pouille (FRA) vs. [WC] Sebastian Ofner (AUT) – Pouille could be a big player in 2018.

[2] Dominic Thiem (AUT) vs. Andrey Rublev (RUS) – I like Rublev to beat a shakey Thiem playing in front of Austrian fans.  This might be an awful pick.

[Q] Dennis Novak (AUT) vs. [LL] Thomas Fabbiano (ITA) – The lucky loser has nothing to lose and might play quite freely.

[6] Sam Querrey (USA) vs. Albert Ramos-Vinolas (ESP) – Match of the Day?  An indoor hard court and a grass court are the two places I would clearly favor Querrey in this match-up.

Jan-Lennard Struff (GER) vs. Pablo Cuevas (URU)

[4] Pablo Carreno Busta (ESP) vs. [Q] Guido Pella (ARG) – Argentina and Spain have been the two best countries on tour for several years now.  I expect a good match.
