Predicted Winners in BOLD
Second Round
Richard Gasquet (7) vs. Martin Klizan – Kilzan is playing well, but I think Gasquet in Quebec wins this match.
Novak Djokovic (1) vs. Florian Mayer – Mayer is a tough opponent, but Novak should win.
Kei Nishikori (9) vs. Andreas Seppi – Nishikori could have a big week.
First Round
Jerzy Janowicz (15) vs. Julien Benneteau – Jerzy could be excused if he loses this one, but I think tennis’ newest sensation advances.
Vasek Pospisil vs. John Isner – So long as Isner is not played out from his weeks in Atlanta and DC, I think he wins.
Kevin Anderson vs. Alexandr Dolgopolov – Anderson is climbing, and Dolgopolov is stagnating as of late.
Jarkko Nieminen vs. Filip Peliwo – I’ll take the veteran.
Alex Bogomolov Jr. vs. Michael Llodra – I like Llodra, but I am not picking him.
Grigor Dimitrov vs. Marcel Granollers – Consistency wins
Fabio Fognini (13) vs. Marcos Baghdatis – Baghdatis played well in DC, and this is not clay. Still, Fognini is on enough of a role to be a solid favorite.
Milos Raonic (11) vs. Jeremy Chardy – I think Milos has to win here, but like Dolgopolov he’s been stagnant.
Gilles Simon (14) vs. Nikolay Davydenko – Simon says victory.
Tommy Haas (10) vs. David Goffin – Haas wins an intriguing match.
Yen-Hsun Lu vs. Frank Dancevic – The Canadian lefty has a winnable match, but I can’t pick him.
Nicolas Almagro (12) vs. Radek Stepanek – Upset alert! I am picking Nico, but this is close to a 50-50 match.
Mikhail Youzhny vs. Jurgen Melzer – Jurgen is a tough out, and Youzhny has been playing well. This is a 50-50 match.

I can see Baggy, Dimitrov and Youzney winning.
I agree those are tough matches to call
