Adrian Mannarino (FRA) v Novak Djokovic (SRB) [2]
Adrian Mannarino faces a 3-time Wimbledon champion and 4 time Wimbledon finalist who just won a tune-up event on grass. Djokovic is also likely feeling disrespected and perhaps is drinking Gil Water (see Open). Obviously, the twenty-nine year old from France is up against it. His clever baseline game and nice touch may give him enough to keep a set close and take it, but one has to expect Novak Djokovic’s return game, movement, and experience to win in either 3 or 4 sets. My guess is that Team Djokovic is urging him to win quickly so he can recover and refocus on Tomas Berdych. I think Djokovic wins in an efficient manner.

Love the Gil water reference!
On the super coach front, what do you think of Connors working with Kerber through the US hardcourt tour?
Oh, I haven’t heard this! But, that would be exciting. He worked with Roddick for a while. Maybe he’s just the spark she needs to get her game back.
